Atlanta Swim Association (ASA) League Registration Process



ASA League registration is required to swim with the Rapids. League fees are $25 per swimmer and paid directly to the league.

After May 31st, 2013, an additional late fee of $5.00 per swimmer will be charged.

Below are the steps involved to register with the ASA League:

If you are registering with ASA for the first time, then you will need to first create an account by clicking on the "New User" button.

If you registered with ASA last year but with a team other than the Rapids, please make sure you change your team to "Roswell" for 2013 as your default team will be your previous club.

If you registered with ASA for the Rapids last year, then you already have a username and password.

If you don't remember your username and/or password, look for the links beside "Unsure if you have an account?" and "Don't know your password?" to retrieve your info.

  • Go to www.atlantaswimming.com and click on the graphic at top of the page entitled "Atlanta Swim Association Online League Registration"
  • Families that have previously registered with ASA for the Rapids or another ASA team will need to log-in as "Returning Users". Families new to the ASA League will click on the "New User" buton to create an account.
  • Select the “O-S” radio button choice for your “Team”and click “Continue”
  • Select “Roswell” and click “Continue”
  • Enter your Swimmer Information and Primary Contact Information and click “Continue”
  • Enter in Father/Mother information and click “Continue”
  • Your cart will show the Swimmer along with the league fee and convenience fee.
  • If you are registering more than one swimmer, there is a dropdown menu at the top of the Cart entitled “Select Another Participant to Register”
  • The names of all of your previously registered swimmers will be listed in the drop-down. You will select that swimmer's name, click 'Go" and proceed through the registration process for that swimmer and then all other additional swimmers.
  • If you are registering a brand new swimmer for 2012, select the value “Add A New Participant” – Click on the “Go” button to the right and you will be taken back to the screen to enter in the new swimmer's information.
  • Complete the swimmer info for each swimmer you are registering.
  • Once you have all your swimmers in your Cart, click on the “Checkout” button
  • Fill out the “Online Account Signup”, “Account Email”, “Billing Information”and “Payment
  • Information” sections, read the “Waiver”, click on the ‘I accept the terms of the waiver above” radio button, type your full name in text box to “Sign” the waiver, and complete the sign-up process
  • You should then see your “Confirmation of Registration” which shows all your ASA registered swimmers along with an “Order Confirmation Number”.
  • You will also receive two emails from fmarsden@atlantaswimming.com , one with the subject “Your Online Activity Confirmation” that tells you how to access the ASA online registration system and another with the subject “Confirmation Email” that is your email receipt for your registration.
