Many dates have already been finalized for the 2013 Rapids Swim Season. We've
also added other tentative dates where available. Please visit our
schedule page for the most current schedule
available.
As in previous seasons, there are three required 2013 registrations for the
Rapids swim team. Read below for more info on these registrations and to find
out which ones are already active for 2013.
All three registrations below (ASA, Roswell
Rec, & Booster Club) must be completed before your swimmer can
participate in practices and meets.
1) Atlanta Swim Association (ASA) League
Registration
(2013 ASA Registration Now Open)
Register at www.atlantaswimming.com - cost is
$25 per swimmer. The league has a registration
deadline of Friday, May 31st, 2013 to avoid an additional $5 late fee (total ASA
fee will become $30 per swimmer). Your ASA fees must be paid directly to the league via their
online registration process by April 15th. This is a mandatory registration
to swim with the Rapids.

Roswell Recreation and Parks Department

Online registration and In-person registration for the 2013 swim team season is now open - see instructions below.

In-person registration can be done at the Bill Johnson Community Activity
Building (BJCAB) at the Roswell Area Park begins (the building attached to the
pool).
The 2013 Roswell Rec registration fee for the Rapids Swim Team is $92 per swimmer for
Roswell residents and $138 for non-residents.

Rapids Swim Booster Club Registration

The 2013 Rapids Swim Booster Club registration fee is $35 per swimmer.

The Roswell Rapids Swim Team is the official competitive swim team of the
Roswell Recreation & Parks Department. The Rapids offers a comprehensive program
of instruction and training for competitive swimming. Swimmers are divided by
age and train according to their abilities. Ages 5-18 are eligible for the youth
team. Swimmers 19 and older may swim on our
adult team.
As a member of the Roswell Rapids, swimmers will participate in
competitive league meets and have an opportunity to qualify for the
Georgia Recreation & Parks Association’s (GRPA) State Swim
Meet.
